Who Is Covered:
The holder of this certificate must have purchased service directly from Colorado Pool Table Technicians moving and service company.
Length of Coverage:
The length of coverage for this guarantee is 180 days from the date of service.
What is Covered:
Leveling and Installation
New and pool tables where the table is out of level due to faulty installation from our move.
Table Cloth
Felt Cloth purchased by customer is not covered by this guarantee however, will be inspected and defects pointed out.
Cloth Installation
New cloth or re-installed cloth for your pool table is guaranteed to be stretched to industry standards and will be free of wrinkles
What is Not Covered
• Tables that have been moved or tampered with after the original installation where this guarantee was issued. Tables “scooted” of moved for installation of carpet other than a Colorado Pool Table Technician, installation of pool table play lamps or tables that have been lifted for any reason.
• Tables serviced or re-felted by a person other than a Colorado Pool Table Technician. For the guarantee to remain in effect, service work must be done by a Colorado Pool Table Technician during the guarantee period.
• Pool table parts such as rails, pockets, cushions, and non-slate pool tables.
• Pool tables used for league or tournament play
• Leveling or cloth application issues resulting from natural circumstances, such as floods or earthquakes.
